The Need

Studies clearly show that high-performing leadership teams are few and far between. Our Process

Team coaching is typically a 6-12 month process (integrating team offsites, assessments, and individual consutaltive sessions) that leads your team through a series of stretch opportunities to learn and practice new tools and skills together to drive greater results.  We first understand or establish the strategic priorities driving the team and the business.  We then assess and capitalize on unique team strengths and current opportunities, raising awareness of team dynamics, and leverage honest conversations and healthy conflict.  We help individuals on the team better understand each other’s unique contributions and value drivers, and set up feedback mechanisms to ensure the team learns where there are rubs and gaps. We examine the “why, what and how” of your team and offer custom exercises to captialize on your opportunities and look for ways to drive team efficiencies in meeting routines.  We establish the critical team behaviors that will drive near-term success on the strategic prioroites, and establish core team practices that will promote continued high performance and accountability.
