Craig McCall, Psy.D.
Dr. Craig McCall is an executive coach, team facilitator, and corporate advisor on talent and teams. For nearly 24 years and with hundreds of senior leaders, Craig has coached to prepare for the C-suite, smoothly on-board to stretch roles, operationalize and execute on strategy, build executive presence, drive change, and create high performance teams. He assesses senior talent for selection and succession, and directs leadership programs for global companies.
Craig is a licensed psychologist and holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a B.A. from Boston College. He is a Registered Corporate Coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and is Hogan leadership assessment certified. He has held coaching faculty positions at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and Capella University, and professorships at Loyola and Argosy Universities in Chicago. He has presented numerous times at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business on talent assessment. Craig sits on the emeritus board at the Partnership to Educate and Advance Kids, a not-for-profit that provides mentoring and financial support for inner-city adolescents in Chicago. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Mark Nevins, Ph.D.
For over 17 years, Mark has been advising and consulting senior executives around the world in both public and private sectors, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to academia to U.S. government and military. Before spending ten-years in global leadership positions with oversight for the organizational and executive development functions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Korn/Ferry International, Mark taught at Harvard University for nearly a decade. He now sits on several boards, including a not-for-profit organization dedicated to boosting the self-reliance capabilities of pre-teens with physical disabilities. He graduated with honors from the College of the Holy Cross, and he took his Ph.D. in English Literature from Harvard University.
Edana Desatnick, M.B.A.
Edana has over 20 years of experience as a human capital and organization development consultant, HR strategy advisor, executive coach and educator. She works extensively with senior executives and HR leaders on their key talent and organizational issues across many industries including healthcare, professional services, and consumer and industrial products. Prior to being an external consultant she had worldwide responsibility for OD and Talent at Merck, as well as senior OD/HR leadership roles at Honeywell and Nabisco Brands. In her early career, Edana worked within the global strategy consulting practice for Coopers & Lybrand, as well as for the ranking congressman on foreign affairs and human rights in Washington, DC. Edana holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in economics from Tulane University.
DeMarcus Pegues, Ph.D.
DeMarcus is a senior executive coach with over a decade of advanced training and applied experience in the field of organizational development. He is a skilled trusted advisor, research-practitioner, and effective collaborator and has served as a strategic thought partner to frontline-, mid- and senior-level leaders at numerous organizations across the technology, higher education, government, consumer products and retail, not-for-profit, pharmaceutical, and financial services industries. DeMarcus also devotes a significant portion of his time supporting and nurturing the next generation of leadership and team coaches through his work as an Adjunct Professor in the Social-Organizational Psychology Program at Columbia University in the City of New York. He receieved his Ph.D. in Social-Organizational Psychology and M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in the City of New York.
Paul Breaux
Paul Breaux has 17 years of business management and consulting experience serving clients in the healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, IT, and non-profit sectors. Paul spent six years working with two big-six consulting firms providing strategy and change-and-process consulting. He offers strategy solutions, executive coaching, and leadership development services and also helps companies improve their financial bottom line while becoming more socially responsible. Mr. Breaux holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and a master’s degree in Theology from Boston College.
Greg Zlevor
Greg specializes in producing and delivering world-class leadership development programs as well as providing organizational change management, group and team facilitation, and executive coaching. He facilitates strategic planning processes and customer focus programs and is a former senior manager and director with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Greg has a master’s degree from Boston College and a bachelor’s degree from Lawrence University.
